In this workshop, participants increase their ability to interact with superiors and peers, manage direct reports, and pursue the next step in their careers. They focus on key competencies necessary to successfully interact and lead in an organization. 

This workshop also creates a definition for leadership and identifies key characteristics of effective leaders. We explore the differences between being a leader and being a manager and the nuances between managing up, down and sideways. We discuss the role self-confidence plays in the workplace and how successful executives use it to their advantage. Most importantly, we focus on ways to manage yourself and how influence and power can bring you closer to career success.
