In 2008, Erin Wolf, former-Wall Street investment banker and corporate C-Suite executive, found herself one of three women at the partner level for a global consulting firm where fully 50% of the consultants at entry levels were female. She realized that the firm and the women were both losing in this culture. And she decided to do something about it. She founded SuiteTrack in 2009 to help more women move into leadership positions in the workplace. Erin designs and delivers workshops, speeches and targeted executive coaching that emphasize leadership competencies and help women get on track to the "Suite."
Erin brings a unique combination of athletic, educational and work experience to her clients. She leverages her career as investment banker, strategy consultant and C-Suite executive at some of the world’s most elite organizations – Goldman Sachs, Salomon Brothers, Bain & Company, IBM –to deliver results. She brings her clients not only the wealth of knowledge she gained through her education at Duke University and Harvard Business School but also learnings from a network that includes some of today’s best and brightest leaders.
