In this workshop, participants learn what constitutes effective communication in the workplace and adopt a style that increases their ability to succeed. The session helps individuals find their executive voice. They build on current skills to gain influence and achieve their desired outcomes by moving from low-power to high-power speech. The workshop also identifies our use of conversational rituals that may affect others’ perception of us.
