In this workshop, participants learn what it means to be a team and why understanding teams is so important in today’s workplace. We identify key elements of effective teams and formulate the skills necessary to build trusting relationships and cohesiveness within an organizational setting. We also explore the importance of giving and receiving feedback without alienating others. Participants discuss common reactions to constructive feedback and ways to overcome our triggered responses. This workshop answers the question: “How does a team of experts become an expert team?”
